ECOSS prepares municipal staff to effectively manage their stormwater programs

This is a combined course designed to increase awareness and provide municipal field staff with the tools to detect different types of illicit discharges in the public storm sewer system. Gain insight into what to look for to prevent spills, how to develop and execute a good spill response program, and what things to consider in responding to a spill.
