A Mi Querida Familia Queer
Te veo. Te quiero. Eres suficiente.
Si aún guardas tu verdad, esperando el momento adecuado, te entiendo. Sé lo difícil que puede ser, las dudas que surgen, el miedo a lo desconocido. Pero escucha esto: no tienes que esconder quién eres. Mereces vivir plenamente, con luz, amor y paz.
A quienes han salido del clóset: Ustedes son valientes. Aunque sea complicado, aunque duela, aunque el mundo intente hacerlos dudar. Han abierto espacio para su verdad, y eso es hermoso. Algunas puertas pueden cerrarse, pero otras se abrirán, y encontrarán el amor que merecen.
A quienes están floreciendo: su alegría es resistencia. Cada día que viven libremente, le muestran al mundo que la felicidad queer existe, que el amor no puede borrarse, que tenemos derecho a estar aquí.
A quienes han perdido a alguien solo por ser quienes son: mi corazón está con ustedes. Ese dolor es injusto, cruel y demasiado común. Su duelo es real. Su amor es real. Y aunque ninguna palabra pueda reparar lo que les quitaron, quiero que sepan que siguen mereciendo amor, familia y un lugar donde pertenecer.
Sin importar en qué etapa estén, recuerden esto: no están solos. Hay espacio para su amor, su voz y sus sueños.

To My Beautiful Queer Family
You are seen. You are loved. You are enough.
If you’re still holding your truth close, waiting for the right moment—I see you. I know the weight of that decision, the fears that creep in, the questions that never fully settle. But know this: who you are is nothing to hide. You deserve to live fully, in light, in love, in peace.
To those who have come out—you are courageous. Even when it’s messy, even when it’s painful, even when the world tries to make you doubt yourself. You have carved space for your own truth, and that is powerful. Some doors may close, but others will open, and you will find the love you deserve.
To those thriving—your joy is resistance. Every moment you live openly, you remind the world that queer happiness exists, that love cannot be erased, that we belong here too.
To those queers who have lost someone for simply being themselves—my heart is with you. That kind of pain is unfair, undeserved, and too common. Your grief is real. Your love is real. And though no words can make up for what was taken, I hope you know you are still worthy of love, family, and belonging.
No matter where you are on your journey, I want you to know this—you are never alone. There is space for your love, your voice, and your dreams.
