We are seeking a Development Director who is committed to the principles of community-centric fundraising and has experience building a donor-community that is diverse across underrepresented and intersecting identities. They will bring their expertise to design and implement an annual fund strategy from the ground up, with the goal of significantly growing our individual donor base.
