Monique Ticzon

Before settling down in Seattle, Monique had lived in various cities within Illinois, California, and the Philippines. She earned her Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Management, Accounting Certificate, and FinTech (Financial Technology) Certificate from the University of Washington. After 7+ years of working as a Finance and Accounting professional, she will be shifting her primary focus to Industrial-Organizational Psychology and will earn her Master of Arts degree from Seattle Pacific University in 2024.

Monique has been working with the Board of the Washington Climbers Coalition to assist with bookkeeping and joined ECOSS’ Board in 2021 under the Finance Committee. In the past, she has also volunteered with the Friends of the Seattle Public Library and Food Lifeline.

Outside of work, education, and volunteer opportunities, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling around the world, watching and playing soccer, listening to music, baking dairy-free desserts, and reading.
