Frances Kuo

Frances (郭美江 Kuo Mei-chiang), she/her, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Taiwan. She previously worked for ECOSS and joined the board in 2020. Currently, she serves as the Secretary of the Executive Committee and as the liaison to ECOSS’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Taskforce. She is passionate about environmental education, sustainability, multicultural outreach, and addressing the digital divide. Prior to joining ECOSS, she earned a master’s degree from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington. Her favorite foods are homemade dumplings wrapped by her two little boys and horchata that reminds her of the good old days in Mexico.
