As the Interim Executive Director, Deb works on supporting staff and staffing the ECOSS Board. The best thing she has ever eaten was couscous served to her in the home of a student from the University of Fez in Morocco. He had taken her on a tour of “old” Fez (it’s all old, of course) which ended at his home where they drank super sweet tea and ate well. It was a long time ago but she will never forget the meal or the conversation.
