Cindy joined ECOSS in 2021, bringing her experience in environmental education and outreach to support the Vietnamese-American community in their sustainability efforts towards community wellbeing and the health of their local environment. She works with community members, business owners, and youth on programs focused on environmental sustainability topics such as zero food waste, rain gardens and cisterns, and equitable access to parks and trails. Cindy loves eating noodle soups, especially her mom’s version of bún riêu with its flavorful tomato broth and fresh herbs from their backyard garden.
