ECOSS has partnered with King County, Spark Northwest, and Emerald Cities Collaborative to conduct the first ever Energize! Heat Pumps program. This program’s goal is to install heat pumps in up to 120 homes across the Skyway/West Hill and White Center/North Highline neighborhoods of Seattle. Heat pumps are an energy-efficient, heating and cooling system that offer increased savings in residents’ energy bills.
Low to moderate-income residents of Skyway and White Center may qualify to receive 80-100% cost-coverage on a heat pump installation in their home. If you’d like to learn more about how to receive an installation, ECOSS will be inviting residents to attend virtual and in-person workshops during the months of August to November of 2023.
